The Buttonwood Village Home Owners Association is open to all home owners and renters.
Membership in the Home Owners Association is not mandatory, however the Board of Directors represents the home owners of Buttonwood Village as a group and provides a united voice. They work as a liaison between Buttonwood Owners/Management and the residents.
The cost is only $20 per year (Jan 1-Dec 31). This entitles the home owner to one vote per household for election of Board Members and any issues that need to be voted on. This money helps pay for some holiday events, kitchen supplies for Saturday Coffee and Carry In Dinners, decorations for the Clubhouse, copying costs, etc. Renters are also encouraged to join the HOA. Although they cannot vote, they are welcome to participate in all of the Buttonwood activities and events.
